RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days for exchange or refund and you will need to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note - some items CANNOT be returned. Earrings, hats & hair products are all final sale. We also do not accept products that are cosmetic, sanitary or personal care items, such as lip balms and earrings. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Generally, in store returns are NOT available for online purchases. However, if you reside near a physical Joydrop store location, and wish to return a product within 14 days of purchase- please contact hello@joydrop.ca with your proof of purchase.  Special permission may be granted for an in store return or exchange. (Please provide minimum 2 business days’ notice.)

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and let you know if it was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, contact your credit card company or bank. Due to processing time, it may take a few extra days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@joydrop.ca
