Why Sign Up for rewards?
Joydrop Gems act as your progress bar in our program! You will be able to track your gems as you purchase and progress.
Why do you need my Email address?
This is how you will be able to sign into your dashboard online. It maintains your privacy and your points to you.
Is there a cost to begin earning Gems?
Signing up for gems is 100% free. You won't pay a dime to be part of the Joydrop Gems program!
Do I Need a Minimum Amount of Gems to Redeem?
Yes, Each Reward Note requires 400 gems in order to get the $10 Note. Purchase must be greater than Reward Note(s) used in order to redeem.
How To Redeem my Gems?
Currently available in stores, but we're working on the online version where you could check your account balance and add gems upon checkout.
Do my Gems Expire?
Yes, Gems will expire after 365 days of non use.
When Will I Receive my Birthday Gems?
Enjoy 50 birthday gems automatically credited to your account on your special day. Keep in mind, our system has a 30-day fraud prevention policy. If you update your birthday within 30 days of the actual date, the reward will be delayed by 30 days from the updated entry.
When will I Receive Review Gems?
Soon after your Joydrop order arrives, you'll receive an email inviting you to review your purchase. Follow the link in the email to submit your review for purchase validation. Upon publication on our website, you'll receive 25 review gems in your account. Easy peasy!
Can I change my Reward Notes to cash?
No. Gems cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used for credit towards your Joydrop purchase
What happens if I return my item(s) that I paid for with Reward Note?
Gem Notes are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once they are used, they go out of our system. We can only return the cash portion of your transaction.
How do I check my Account Balance?
For now, we can only tell you your account balance in stores. We are working on the rest of the program and will be rolling it out in stages. By April 1, 2024, you should be able to go online to check your balance and maintain your account.
