Yes, each $10 Reward Note requires 400 gems to redeem. You can use multiple Reward Notes on a single purchase, but your order total must be higher than the combined value of all notes used.

You can redeem your gems for $10 Reward Notes at our physical store locations. Simply let our team know you'd like to use your gems, and we'll apply your rewards to your purchase. We're currently developing an online redemption system that will let you check your gem balance and redeem rewards directly on www.joydrop.com - coming soon!

Yes, your gems will expire after 365 days of account inactivity. To keep your gems active, simply make a purchase, engage with us on social media, or refer a friend - any account activity resets the expiration timer.

You'll receive 50 birthday gems automatically on your special day! Just make sure your birthday is accurate in your account settings. If you update your birthday within 30 days of the date, there's a 30-day delay before you receive the gems (this helps prevent fraud).

Soon after your Joydrop order arrives, you'll receive an email inviting you to review your purchase. Follow the link in the email to submit your review for purchase validation. Upon publication on our website, you'll receive 25 review gems in your account. Easy peasy!

No, Reward Notes cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used as store credit toward Joydrop purchases.

Reward Notes are non-refundable. Once used, they cannot be returned to your account. If you return an item purchased with a Reward Note, we can only refund the cash portion of your purchase. The gems used for the Reward Note are not restored.

For now, we can only tell you your account balance in stores.  We are working on the rest of the program and will be rolling it out in stages.  By April 1, 2024, you should be able to go online to check your balance and maintain your account.
