Return Policy Overview
Our return policy for Canadian orders is valid for 14 days from delivery date for exchange or refund. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
How do I start a return?
- Email hello@joydrop.ca with your return request and proof of purchase
- We'll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Package your item with the RMA number and proof of purchase
- Ship to our Calgary address (provided with your RMA)
What condition does my item need to be in?
Your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

What items can't be returned?
The following items are final sale only:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Hats and hair products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Do you accept international returns?
No, orders outside Canada are not eligible for returns. All international sales are final.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping & Costs
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Processing: We'll email you once your return is received and inspected
Refund posting: Credit automatically applied to your original payment method
Timeline: If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days, contact your credit card company or bank
